Acceptance
By creating a Tranco account and/or using the app, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

What Tranco is
Tranco is an app to record, organize and review your expenses and income in a simple way.
The information Tranco shows comes from the data you enter. Tranco doesn't connect to banks, credit cards, bank accounts or digital wallets to get information about your transactions.
Tranco is a personal project, developed and run by Josue Ruiz from Argentina.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Tranco.
- To use Tranco you need an account, which you create with your Google account. Your account lets you, among other things, sync your data across devices.
- The information you enter when signing up must be true and up to date.
- You create your account with your Google account.
- You are responsible for keeping secure the Google account you use to sign in to Tranco.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account.
- Accounts are personal and can't be shared by several people.
- You can delete your account from the app at any time.
Price and ads
Tranco is free. The free version of the app may show ads.
Acceptable use
You can use Tranco to keep track of your personal expenses and income.
You may not:
- Create accounts, expenses, income or categories in bulk using automated programs or similar means.
- Try to bypass the app's limits or security measures.
- Access, try to access or use other people's data.
- Do anything that could affect, overload or harm how Tranco works.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or resell the app, unless applicable law expressly allows it.
Account suspension
We may suspend or close an account when we believe Tranco is being used in an abusive or fraudulent way, or against these Terms and Conditions.
When reasonably possible, we may let the user know about the suspension or closure and why.
Tranco doesn't provide financial advice
Tranco organizes and shows the information you enter to help you keep a record of your personal finances.
Tranco doesn't tell you how much you should spend, save or invest, and the information shown by the app is not financial advice or a recommendation.
The decisions you make about your money are your responsibility.
Currencies and exchange rates
The exchange rates Tranco shows come from public sources and are for reference only. They may differ from the rates or amounts applied by your bank, card, digital wallet, exchange office or other provider.
You can edit the rate used for each expense where the app allows it.
If you change your default currency through a conversion, the change is irreversible. Amounts are recalculated using the rate you confirm, and Tranco has no way to automatically undo this operation.
For this reason, the app asks you to confirm the change and your identity with your Google account.
Original amounts may remain visible for reference, but the recalculated values are the ones the app uses from then on.
Your data
The data you enter in Tranco is yours. We use it to provide and improve the app, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data from the app once that feature is available, and you can delete your account at any time.
Offline use
Tranco can work without an internet connection and sync your changes when you're back online.
If you uninstall the app, clear its data or change devices before pending changes have synced, those changes may be lost.
That's why we recommend making sure the app has finished syncing before doing any of these things.
Availability
We do our best to keep Tranco stable, secure and reliable. However, the app is provided as is and may have errors, interruptions, maintenance or periods of unavailability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tranco is not liable for any damage that may result from being unable to use the app, from interruptions or errors in how it works, or from decisions users make based solely on the information the app provides.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app at any time.
When you delete your account, the data associated with it is erased and can't be recovered.
How to delete your account:
- Open Tranco and go to Profile.
- Tap your name at the top to open My details.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm: check the box, type DELETE and confirm with your Google account.
You need an internet connection to delete it. If you no longer have the app, you can request it as explained in Delete your account.
Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
If we make changes, we will let you know in the app. If the change is important, we may ask you to accept the terms again before you keep using certain features or the app.
Governing law and contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Argentina.
