From the app
This is the fastest way, and it's deleted right away. You need an internet connection: offline, the app won't let you delete it.
- Open Tranco and go to Profile.
- Tap your name at the top to open My details.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm: check the box, type DELETE and confirm with your Google account.
Without the app, by email
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to tranco.app.ar@gmail.com from your account's email, with the subject “Delete my account”. That way we know it's really you.
We delete it within 5 business days and reply once it's done.
What gets deleted
Everything is deleted permanently and can't be recovered:
- Your account: email, name and date of birth.
- Your expenses and income, including those in the trash.
- Your categories, payment methods and preferences.
- What Tranco stored on your phone, if you delete it from the app.
We don't keep any data from your account after deleting it.
Any data Google holds for ads is handled by Google. You can reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
